Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na Kupika Kuku

  1. Kata kidari cha kuku vipande vidogo vidogo vya kiasi.  
 
  1. Tia mafuta kidogo katika wok (karai ya kichina) kisha mtie kuku, thomu, tangawizi, soy sauce, pilipilimanga, paprika  chumvi.
 
  1. Tia mboga za barafu, kidonge cha supu, kaanga  kuku na mboga viwive yitu vyote na mchanganyiko ukauke.
 

Namna Ya Kutayarisha Na kupika Wali
  
  1. Roweka mchele wa basmati kwa muda wa saa au zaidi.

  1. Halafu chemsha mchele pamoja na chumvi, uache uchemke hadi  ukaribie kuwiva.  Chuja maji.
 
  1. Katika sufuria, tia mafuta kidogo tu, kisha tia mayai mawili ukaange  haraka haraka. (crumbled egg)
 
  1. changanya mchanganyiko wa kuku na mboga. Kisha tia wali changanye vizuri.
 
  1. Rudisha katika moto, funika upikike kidogo hadi uive.


Kisha pakua katika sahani  na tolea na mayai ya kuchemsha ukipenda.
